Fences made of steel and aluminum with laser cut decorative patterns
The UNISTRADE company offers a specially designed fence, the panels of which are produced in-house using laser cutting technology.
The implementation of the most daring ideas became possible thanks to the acquisition in 2019 of equipment used for high-precision cutting of materials that do not require processing.
These fences can be made of galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.5 to 3 mm.
If a sheet with a thickness of 1.5 and 2 mm is used, then the span will consist of several segments. The drawing does not suffer from the joint, there are no restrictions on the height of the span, as is the case with a solid sheet.
It is possible to perform the span from a solid sheet.
The minus of a solid sheet is limited in span height.
Galvanized - 1250 mm.
Aluminum - 1500 mm.
Anything not included in these parameters will dock.
If the span is made of a solid sheet, it is necessary to use a reinforcing frame made of:
1) pipes 40x10x1.5 or 40x20x1.5
2) an angle with a wall thickness of 3 mm.
