  1. Thickness and cross-section of the pipe. In the production of gates and wickets, UNISTRADE uses a profile pipe 1.5-2 mm thick, with a section of 80 * 80, 80 * 60, 60 * 60, 60 * 40, 40 * 40.
  2. Components. Fittings for wickets and gates make operation more comfortable and convenient. Sliding gates can be completed with the following accessories: control panel, photocells, signal lamps, antennas, GSM-module, external rope release. Completeness can significantly affect the final cost.
  3. Coverage. UNISTRADE compares favorably with many competing companies by having its own welding shop, a sandblasting shop and a polymer-powder painting chamber. Our own production makes it possible to promptly manufacture, adjust order volumes, control product quality at each stage of production. The all-welded metal structure is subjected to sandblasting, which is considered the best way of processing ferrous metal, then a primer is applied through the difference in charges in the powder chamber, and only then the color required by the customer, which is baked in the powder chamber at a temperature of 200 C. Only this method of processing allows maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the structure long time.
